B.S. Accounting, University of South Florida
Jim Chouinard, a graduate of the University of South Florida, is trained and experienced in many diverse areas of accounting such as income tax laws, estate planning and audits. Jim sits on a number of state committees including the Federal Taxation Committee and the Florida Gulf Coast Accounting and Tax Conference Committee. He is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is knowledgeable in many other accounting software programs.
Jim, a Ft. Myers resident since 1979, has watched the area grow and is proud to be part of such a thriving community. His civic involvement includes serving as vice-president for the P.O.L.O. Club of Lee County, treasurer for Jazz On The Green, a Southwest Florida Children's Hospital benefit and a Rotarian with the Sunrise Rotary.

B.S. Accounting, Purdue University
Shawn M. Williams, CPA has resided in Fort Myers and Naples for over 30 years. Shawn is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette. Shawn's experience in public accounting and industry provides a unique background to assist our clients. Shawn has extensive background in GAAP, real estate transactions, new business start-ups and our current tax code. He is a QuickBooks Proadvisor and Microsoft Partner.
In 1996, Shawn received his B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University. After college, Shawn accepted a job in Naples from a national CPA firm. He later moved to a local CPA firm. And, then worked in industry as Chief Financial Officer for a regional conglomerate of 23 companies. Shawn started his own firm in 2003, with the vision of helping small businesses wade through the small business start-up process.
Shawn has been an active member in the community over 25 years. Shawn was the 4-H County and District President during high school. After college, Shawn the treasurer, then president of The P.O.L.O. Club of Lee County. Shawn was a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and Jazz On the Green, Inc. He feels that his community service has blessed him with life-long friends, business associates and plenty of fun along the way.
While not working, Shawn enjoys boating, the outdoors, and traveling. He also enjoys his work with the P.O.L.O. Club, Jazz on the Green, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and the Lee County Building Industry Association.
